The Women's Fitness PODCAST

The Women's Fitness Podcast #WOMFITPOD is a new fitness podcast where I talk to Kelly Bakewell PT about all things fitness, nutrition and self care.  Kelly is a qualified PT who only train women and is passionate about health and exercise. I on the other hand am a malcoordinated enthusiast with a passion for keeping fit and doing Jiu Jitsu. 

This show came about after taking Kelly's classes in the gym and thinking to myself how interesting her point of view is, and wanting to work with her on something.

Each week we answer listener questions and discuss what has come up in the news and our training that might have an impact on our listeners.

We have a very active Facebook Group that is open to both men and women, tho we are discussing women's training only.
