Fantastic news is that I have a brand new podcast on BBC Sounds. I am Shaun Keaveny’s voice of reason, fact guru and esteemed geographic knowledge base.

The first episode of Your Place Or Mine will be released on BBC Sounds on Thursday 21st April.
The premise of the show is that Shaun secretly enjoyed lockdown, the well travelled DJ not having to leave his sofa in North London for over a year. Each week we invite a guest to tempt him back into exploring the planet. They tell them about a place dear to their hearts, that they believe is not to be missed while I drop the facts about the location they have picked and bully Shaun about his misconceptions (and general northernness).
We eat the foods, we examine the travel, the climate, the secrets that other travel shows do not cover (because they make the mistake of actually going).
At the end of the show Shaun makes his decision, and digs into his pockets for the price of a ticket.
The guests are incredible, from comedians, to chefs, to musicians and presenters, we have a plethora of celebs waxing lyrical about their childhood homes and life changing locations.
