The foreign office advises British Nationals to avoid travelling to the DRC, but that is mainly due to the violence in the east, Kinshasa is surely a better bet… Eddie Kadi thinks so and his love for his OG country is infectious. But can shaun be persuaded?

The DRC has a really messed up history largely thanks to colonialism. However it has a growing population, huge economic potential, wild bonobos, rumba and football. It is massive, as is it’s capital, Kinshasa… just be careful what part of town you’re in.
