She’s also presented awards at QED Festival and MC’d and chaired events for HistFest and for Conway Hall’s Ethical Gala. Iszi loves to make sure these events are memorable and special for not only the winners but for everyone involved.
Iszi has talks based around her books, from everything from jiu jitsu suffragettes to the real pirates of the Caribbean. She has performed at the Hay Festival, Dublin Literature Festival, Cardiff Literature Festival, Jersey Festival of Words, Chalke Valley History Festival, The Education Festival (Chair), Bude Literature Festival, Chichester BookFest, Wokingham Literature Festival, Maidenhead Big Read etc.

She regularly presents the long running British Museum Behind the Screens live events and has chaired both serious and comic panels at The British Library.
